We are happy to report that we are home safely. We had a great vacation, but after a week, we were happy to see home and our dogs! Thanks to Casey for checking on things and feeding the animals while we were gone! We got home a little after 6:00 last night; just in time to quickly unload the car and watch Alabama kick off! Today, I've been unpacking and washing clothes and getting ready to get back into our usual routine. It's back to work in the morning and I know I will especially miss Addie during the day this week. I've enjoyed spending so much time with her over the last week. Here are a few more pictures from our trip. When I say a few, it is a few compared to the 700+ pictures that I took!
We also rode the flying elephants:
while Jace had fun on the ducks!
My favorite day of the whole trip was probably Friday. Brian, Addie & I spent the whole day in the National Park and went to Cades Cove. It was so beautiful and the weather was nice so we just enjoyed being outdoors. We saw some deer and black bears too! We even hiked 1.3 miles up a mountain to see Laurel Falls. There was a small paved pathway so we took Addie up it in her stroller.

I'm glad you had a great trip and a safe return home. Cades Cove is a beautiful place and I know you enjoyed it during this time of year. Hope Monday isn't hitting you too hard. It's always a little yucky to get back into a routine.
I really hope EK and Addie can play together soon.
I'm not surprised that you took so many photos...you'll never regret having so many!
Oh my gracious Jennika... YOU ARE HOME!!! I missed you so much OMG!! First and foremost I am so jealous that I did not buy that sweater dress when it was at the Gymboree. It is soooo darn cute! Secondly, I am not jealous about that dog gone carousal! WOW! I would have been sick! Thirdly, I think I have a new favorite picture of my sweet baby girl... the one of her running is simply amazing! I LOVE IT! I would like a 5x7 please along with the rest of my order I have already placed!!!!!!!! Fourthly, congrats on your hundred thousand miles! You just can't beat Nissan/Infiniti! Happy Day!
